We offer integrative massage and bodywork, and somatic experiencing, in person and online. We support you to experience touch that is grounding and restorative, and to connect with your body and restore a sense of safety after trauma.
We offer a free 15 minute consultations for new clients. Please fill out new client form to schedule.
We acknowledge the many layers that cause us to feel pain or unsafe in our bodies, ranging from personal to collective experiences of trauma. Together, we open the door for connection with the present moment, tuning into energy that wants to move and the stuck places in our selves that want to be seen and liberated.
If you are interested in scheduling a bodywork session or learning more, please fill out the new client form and we will reach out about scheduling a conversation.
